It’s Time For School…Garden School

06.10.23 | The Freshman Gardener | 1 Comment

Did you love school as a kid? I totally did. I did well taking tests and those things always came fairly easy to me, which I’m sure helped. Well were going back friends. To Garden School. If you hated school don’t worry. This is easy and fun and I’ll walk you through everything. Let’s get started.

Pretend it’s your first day of school. It’s fall (prime gardening time) and the air is crisp and cool in the mornings. Just like we bought school supplies as a kid or have to do now for our own kids ($$$), we’re going to need a few things to get us going.

Garden School Supply List

  • notebook – preferably dot or graph grid. I love a good spiral bound or one that can lay flat
  • pencil with good eraser

That’s it. Pretty simple right?

Prep List

  • Create a photo album on your phone titled Gardening 101
  • Create a note (using the notes app if you have an iPhone) titled Gardening 101

You’re all set for your first lesson. I am excited to start! Meet me back here for your first class.

Looking for some of the lessons?
